We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean, high-quality work.
If you’re tired of sloppy installs, poor planning, or being rushed through jobs without support, this is a different environment.
We focus on doing the job right the first time, maintaining strong standards, and supporting our installers in the field.
What You’ll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems (split systems, package units, ductwork)
- Replace existing systems safely and efficiently
- Install and modify ductwork, venting, and system components
- Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members
- Complete job documentation accurately

Pay & Compensation
- $25–$40+/hour (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses on completed installs
- Consistent, year-round work
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Strong understanding of installation practices and code
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, and work in tight or hot spaces
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
